Kenneth G. of Sandersville, GA noticed moisture around the air conditioner ductwork in his crawl space. Our inspector, Brian Townsel, went to Kenneth's home and took detailed notes and pictures of what he saw in the crawl space. He showed Kenneth everything he documented and suggested that he have his crawl space encapsulated with CleanSpace, a seven-layer reinforced polyethylene that isolates the home from the earth and reduces humidity levels.
After two days of installing CleanSpace in Kenneth's crawl space, the project was complete. Kenneth’s crawl space was transformed into a clean area that he could now use as storage space. The encapsulation also lowered his energy bill. Kenneth was thrilled with the results!
