James was very thorough in his inspection and presentation. Very humble, not pushy. Found issues non-related to LCFR scope of work that needed attention.
I can't say enough about Jashad and his crew, Justin and Aaron. Our crawlspace was a mess with water, mud, animal feces, etc. For 6 out of the 7 day job, it was 2 crew members. Honestly, I don't know how they kept their energy and optimism up. Jashad was the foreman and had a new crew member that he was training on the job. My husband and I were impressed with Jashad's leadership attributes and could see the skills growing in the new crew member. These three employees represent LCFR extremely well.
Crew was attentive to detail each day, never left a mess.
What made you choose our company:
LCFR was much higher but in comparison to the warranty, scope of work including the drain mat that was not inclusive in other proposals, equipment, and quicker turn around period to start job.
