Floors sinking and drywall cracks are signs of foundation issues. The owners of this home in Moncks Corner, SC home, Eric and Kim P. called Lowcountry Basement Systems for help. The Lowcountry Basement Systems inspector suggested installing adjustable steel SmartJacks to support the foundation, taking pressure off the sinking piers that had been struggling to support the home.
