Wow! Where to begin? This homeowner tried to fix the moisture problem through the use of a plastic floor liner. As you can see the water problem and humidity are still an issue because the whole problem wasn't addressed. The after shot shows the addition of a CleanSpace liner, which is anti-microbal i.e. won't grow mold, as part of a system including our SuperSump or TripleSafe sump pumps and our SaniDry line of dehumidifiers. Our system solved the problem and left a happy home owner with a healthier home!

In these pictures you can see that the insulation actually pulled down a junction box creating a fire and electrical hazard. Also note the white powder on the joists. Yep you guessed it, that's mold!
