Overall, we were very pleased with the job,and have already noticed an improvement in the house, air conditioning efficiency and less noise from the pipes knocking as well as significant improvement in the damp and mold smell in the closets.

Overall our experience with Low Country Basement was outstanding. As a customer it would be nice to reach someone by phone in the office instead of having to leave a message and get a call back but I understand that from a business standpoint that may not be practical. As far as the quality of work and the professionalism of Sergio, Milton and the rest of the crew we couldn't be more pleased.
